At First Advantage, I worked on a global onboarding and screening platform used by over 18 million users annually in more than 150 countries. My focus has been on driving automation, integrating payments, enabling AI-based feedback loops, and identifying friction points across the funnel to improve product efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Previously, I co-founded Medwik (an online pharmacy startup), where I led product development for its e-commerce app and built an in-house Order Management System—helping the business grow 3x in 12 months.
